The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging transportation for us even though our flight was delayed. Check-in was a breeze. Despite being in a noisy part of town, our room was surprisingly quiet. The location was superb, right in the heart of where the action is, with great food and a lively night market just a short walk away. The twin bunk room, though small, was cleverly designed with plenty of storage space. We loved the staff's recommendations for places to visit. a super satisfying stay with great staff, location, and amenities like free wi-fi and 24-hour reception.

I stayed at this cozy hotel for one night and loved it so much that I ended up staying again on my way out of the city. The rooms were small but incredibly cozy, and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The location was fantastic, right next to Bach Ma Temple and the very happening beer street. I also appreciated how close it was to the night market, which was lively and fun to explore at night.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Location was absolutely amazing, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. They had a wide range of tours available and even helped us with transport and sim cards. The security measures were top-notch, with security cameras everywhere and someone monitoring the footage 24/7. The breakfast was cheap and delicious, and the rooms, although cozy, were really cool. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a welcome relief from the heat. The front desk ladies were incredibly sweet and gave us perfect directions and amazing food recommendations. our stay was mind-blowing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a comfortable and clean room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action, close to nightlife spots and delicious restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us two rooms when our family room wasn't available.
The breakfast experience could be improved by offering more options on the menu.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. They provided a great laundry service and the airconditioning in the room worked perfectly, keeping me cool during the hot weather. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing key attractions.
Although the room was clean and well-maintained, there were a few issues that could have been improved. The hallway had an unpleasant smell and there were stains on the carpet.
